Our end ended up nicely. 750 paid at the door. 100 about 150 repurchased online. We grossed over 14K and will net close to 10k after the details are taken care of. Dear Debbie: I would like to thank you for another wonderful evening. I am sorry our group was smaller than we had anticipated. An unusual amount of people had to miss the meeting due to health and weather issues. This is the risk with a committee that comes together from across the globe. Debbie, I just wanted to say that we had a wonderful dinner on Saturday evening. Everyone really enjoyed the menu, which was fantastic, and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful. Your wait staff did an impeccable job and I have to say your head waiter is amazing. There was never a point that anyone in the group was without wine or water and the dinner was paced perfectly. You staff adapted seamlessly when two individuals arrived late and they proceeded to get their meals in pace with the rest of the group. I was truly impressed with your level of service. With that said, I have another dinner that I need to schedule for March 21, 2010. I will have a better count for the evening as it gets closer but will assume at this time that it will be around 18.
